To understand many of the peculiarities of wines, you need to know the territory, the soil and the environment of the vineyards. And there’s no better way than to do it on the ground!
We will leave Cornudella and go towards the foot of Montsant to discover vineyards on calcareous soils full of pebbles and stone. We will reach the hermitage of Sant Joan del Codolar, from where we will enjoy spectacular views and panoramas. The old Carthusian road will take us down to the Cooperative Winery of Cornudella where we will enjoy the visit to the facilities of this Cathedral of Wine and taste three of the wines that are made there.
